THE OG BOSS LADY INVESTOR:
KRISTA GOODRICH

Krista Goodrich is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and public servant based in Daytona Beach, Florida, operating businesses and investments across multiple states. A lifelong serial entrepreneur, Krista is relentlessly focused on building companies, creating opportunity, and helping others take control of their financial futures.

Krista is the founder and operator of a diverse portfolio of companies including Salty Dog Vacations, Salty Dog Long-Term Property Management, and Girls Gone Adventuring Retreats. She is also a founder, partner, or investor in iconic and community-centered ventures such as The World's Most Famous Brewery and Pawprints of Georgia. Earlier in her career, Krista founded Masterpiece Mixers, successfully franchising 22 locations up the eastern seaboard—giving her firsthand experience in scaling, systems, and growth.

Today, Krista is an investor in residential, vacation rental, commercial, and hotel properties, with homes and investments across four states. She is currently an owner or partner in 17 different companies and is deeply committed to building businesses that not only generate returns, but also shape the futures of the people who work within them.

Krista is the author of Becoming a Boss Lady Investor™ and Becoming a Boss Lady Real Estate Investor™, the latter of which recently hit #1 Amazon Bestseller in four categories. Through her books and speaking, she delivers practical, no-fluff education around investing, real estate, and entrepreneurship—breaking down barriers that often keep women out of wealth-building conversations.

A former Financial Advisor and Mutual Fund National Sales Coordinator, Krista regularly speaks to corporate teams, women’s organizations, real estate companies, and investment groups, sharing actionable lessons on investing, saving, retirement planning, and building businesses on a shoestring budget.

Beyond business, Krista is deeply engaged in public service and philanthropy. She serves on the Volusia County School Board, supports organizations such as "Just" People and Special Olympics, and contributes her time and leadership to numerous boards and charitable initiatives focused on education, inclusion, and community impact.

At her core, Krista is a builder—of companies, communities, and people.  She is a life-long learning, always looking up to learn from others, whether working on staying fluent in French, listening to a podcast by another amazing person or simply watching a YouTube video to learn how to fix a running toilet until the plumber arrives, she believes we should always be learning. She is a devoted wife to her husband Colin, a proud mom, an adoring grandmother, a dog mom, and a horse owner who believes deeply in living a full, adventurous life. When she’s not writing, speaking, investing, or volunteering, Krista enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, diving, surfing, traveling, working out or a good glass of wine with friends—and of course, she is always dreaming up the next big opportunity.
